The website’s partnership forms prepare an email in your own email application. Information is not submitted through or stored by the website itself. MSSN receives the information only after you review and send that email.
Website analytics
With your permission, MSSN uses Google Analytics to understand general website activity such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referral source. Analytics does not load when you decline. Your preference is stored on your device so the website can remember your choice.
Please do not submit sensitive information
Do not include student records, protected health information, clinical details, educational records, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other confidential personal information in a general inquiry.
How inquiry information is used
Information you send may be used to respond to your request, evaluate a potential partnership, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations. MSSN does not sell personal information.
